Many of the studies performed by Xafe require use of specialized software or computer models.

 

Even though we only utilize standard software which are available for all our customers, the use of this software often requires special expertise.

 

For all normal calculations and reporting we rely on Microsoft Office. We also use this software suite in some of the more advanced calculations and simulations, for which we have created several special applications using VBA (Visual Basic for Applications). 

 

Xafe also has broad experience in ventilation, dispersion and explosion simulations, using the software package FLACS, developed by our partner GexCon AS.

 

For quantified total risk analysis we cooperate with our partner Lilleaker Consulting, which is the developer of ASAP.
