Originally, the Xafe office started as a branch office for GexCon AS in Bergen. To enable the best service possible for their Stavanger based customers, GexCon had two employees at the Stavanger office.
Lilleaker Consulting had one employee which commuted to Stavanger, to serve their clients in Stavanger
After working together on several QRA's, the Stavanger based employees from both companies suggested a partnership to improve business. This suggestion ended in the establishment of Xafe AS.

At first, Xafe started with the 3 employees previously emplyed by GexCon and Lilleaker. Their services was concentrated around technical safety, risk analysis, CFD simulations and risk management.
Today Xafe has 9 employees and covers a much broader specter of services.
Xafe's main office is located in iPark at Ullandhaug, Stavanger, close to the PSA and the University of Stavanger.
